Terms of Service

Who you're contracting with

Baby Clean Crew is a trading name of Clubhouse 333 LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Your agreement for these services is with that company.

The service

We provide mobile cleaning of baby and child gear at the address you give us. We supply our own water, power and equipment and work outside your home.

Booking, pricing and payment

Prices quoted are for gear in ordinary condition. Items requiring extra-condition treatment — mold, biological contamination, or heavy staining — are quoted separately and we will always give you that number before starting. Payment is due on completion.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Inside 24 hours we may charge a fee for the reserved slot.

Car seats and safety

We clean car seats to the instructions published by the seat's own manufacturer. We do not clean any seat that has been involved in a crash — such seats must be replaced, and we will tell you so at no charge. Cleaning does not constitute an inspection or certification of a seat's safety, and we are not a car seat inspection service. You remain responsible for checking your seat's expiry date, recall status and correct installation.

Condition and wear

Cleaning cannot reverse damage. Pre-existing stains, fading, tears, mold damage and worn hardware may remain visible after a thorough clean. We will tell you when we expect that to be the case, ideally before we start.

Liability

We are insured and we take care of your property. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Report any concern within 48 hours of the job so we can put it right.

Photography

We photograph gear before and after each job. We may use these images in marketing unless you tell us not to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
