Common questions
Do I have to be home?
Only if you want to be. Most people leave the gear on the porch or in the driveway and we take it from there — we text when we collect it, send before and after photos, and text again when it's back. If you'd rather hand it over in person, say so when you book and we'll give you a window.
Which towns do you serve?
All of Monmouth County, with free pickup and delivery. We travel a little further for multi-item jobs — just ask when you book.
How do I pay?
Card or tap-to-pay when we bring everything back. Nothing is due up front.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, and a deep clean is a better baby shower gift than another set of onesies. Mention it when you book and we'll set it up.
