FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

If yours isn't here, text us. We answer quickly and we won't upsell you.

Do I have to be home?

No. Leave the gear in the driveway or on the porch and we'll handle the rest. We'll text when we arrive, send before and after photos, and text again when everything is back in place. Plenty of our customers never come outside.

Do you need my water or electricity?

No. We bring our own water and power. All we need is enough driveway or curb space to set up.

How long does it take?

Most single items are back in your hands in 60 to 90 minutes, dry and reassembled. A full nursery package runs closer to three hours.

Is it actually safe to clean a car seat?

It is when it's done to the manufacturer's instructions, and that's the only way we do it. Harnesses are hand spot-cleaned, never submerged or machine washed, because soaking and detergents weaken the webbing that restrains your child. We don't steam or pressure wash shells. Every seat is re-threaded, function-tested and photographed after reassembly.

What do you clean with?

Fragrance-free, baby-safe solutions on anything your child touches, and a food-safe sanitizer on eating surfaces. No bleach, no harsh solvents, nothing your baby will spend all day breathing against.

Will you clean a car seat that's been in an accident?

No — and neither should anyone else. Car seats involved in a crash need to be replaced, not cleaned. If yours has been in one, we'll tell you and we won't charge you for the visit.

What if the gear is really bad?

Send a photo when you book. Mold, vomit and potty accidents need extra time and materials, so there's an added charge, and we'll quote it before we start rather than surprising you at the end.

What happens if it rains?

We work under a canopy in light rain. In heavy weather we'll reschedule at no cost — a rescheduled job is better than gear that doesn't dry properly.

Which towns do you serve?

All of Monmouth County. We travel a little further for multi-item jobs — just ask when you book.

How do I pay?

Card or tap-to-pay when the job is done. Nothing is due up front.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, and a deep clean is a better baby shower gift than another set of onesies. Mention it when you book and we'll set it up.

Are you insured?

Fully insured. Certificate available on request.

Still deciding?

Text us a photo of your gear and we'll tell you what it needs.
