Baby Clean Crew is a trading name of Clubhouse 333 LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. "We", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the gear you want cleaned. If you pay by card, payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.

Photos

We photograph gear before and after every job for quality control and to send to you. We may use these photos in our marketing, with identifying details excluded. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't — just say so at any point, before or after the job.

Website analytics and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and, where enabled, Google Analytics, to understand how people find and use the site and to measure advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser and share limited information with Meta and Google. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings.

How we use your information

To schedule and perform the service, to contact you about your booking, to take payment, and to follow up afterward. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Text messages

By giving us your mobile number you agree we may text you about your booking. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of any non-essential messages.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it.
